In response to the evolving conditions related to the COVID-19 epidemic, Tri-Service General Hospital has imposed restrictions on inpatient visitors and companions, per regulations and guidelines promulgated by Taiwan CDC. Effective from March 13th, 2020, no visitors will be allowed for all general wards of TSGH and visitors are advised to use phone, FaceTime, or other medias to convey their well-wishing to their inpatient friends or families. Patients scheduled to undergoing surgery in TSGH and their companions must wear face mask (surgical mask) and receiving temperature screening before entering hospital facilities. Only patients and their companions without fever or respiratory symptoms as determined by hospital staffs will be allowed into operation theater and surgery waiting areas, per TSGH infection control guidelines. TSGH needs your support and cooperation in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic and all hospital staffs attach great importance to the health and wellbeing of all patients and visitors.
