The Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of Tri-Service General Hospital offers an international fellowship program in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the direction of Dr. Chuan-Hsiang Kao. He is an internationally acclaimed world-renowned facial plastic and rhinoplasty surgeon and one of the founding members of the Taiwan Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (www.tafprs.org.tw), a member of the International Facial Plastic Surgery Societies (IFFPSS).
Dr. Kao specializes in advanced rhinoplasty surgery and also does various facial plastic procedures including blepharoplasty, facelift, forehead and browlift, genioplasty, otoplasty, scar revision and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation procedures such as neurotoxin and fillers injection, and threads lifting.
To date, Dr. Kao has trained international fellows from Nepal, India, and Philippines namely Drs. Sarina Rajbhandari, Dr. Jerin Jose Thomas, and Dr. Carlo Polo Dumlao.

4. Certificate mentioning that you have been working in a medical hospital more than one year after being qualified to be a doctor.
