Administrative Organization:

The Nursing Department comes directly under the Hospital. The Department has one director and three deputy directors respectively responsible for personnel affairs, clinical services, and education and research. Eight supervisors supervise nursing practices of all specialty wards. The head nurse and assistant head nurse in each ward oversee the nursing care provided directly by nurses to patients. The clinical pathway mangers assist specialty nurses in their planning, promotion and execution of duties.
