 Capability of diagnosis, treatment, and appropriateness of medicine applicationon internal-medicine diseases:
　　A morning meeting is convened on new cases as well as those with difficultyin diagnosis in order to obtain various opinions for better solutions, which is meant to practice precise treatment. Also, all of our staffcould understand the limited budget for all medical equipment and the various types of medicine, so we have laid extra delibetration on high-priced items and antibiotics, which are carefully selectedunder strict supervision in prevention of any abuse.

 Strictness in case-history writing as well as it contents:
　　We have made it rigorous to train interns and residents for case-history writing, and has been highly acknowledged of it.

 Present condition for particular examination and occupancy oftreatment beds for Internal Department specialties:

Establishment of Children's reserved area:
　　In view of the growing evaluation of children's welfare, we had set upthe (in-hospital) reserved area for children in order to elevatethe quality of hospitalization. We have reveived positive appreciationand it has contributed to better care for the children.

 Prevention for in-hospital infection:

　　Because all of the patients under our care are mostly children and even infants with poor immunity, plus our Vice PresidentChu is a professor on infectious diseases, we have laid extra emphasison infection control and asked all the staff to definitely acquire scrupulousknowledge on infection prevention;especially, the bacterium culture isregularly and periodically performed on all medical staff that workin baby rooms and pediatric intensive-care center. We do attach importanceto infection problems and protection quarantine; meanwhile, we strictly supervise the common forms of deadly diseases so as totake immediate and correct measures, should any local infection break out.
