Invasive candidiasis poses a significant clinical challenge, requiring updated strategies for diagnosis and management. This lecture navigates through recent developments in approaching patients with high risk or confirmed invasive candidiasis. We will also demonstrate the optimization of the effectiveness and safety of currently available antifungal agents through appropriate dosing strategies.
