Title:Tri-Service General Hospital (TSGH) Signed MOU with Mongolia’s General Hospital for State Special Servants to Expand International Medical Cooperation

Aiming to broaden its international perspective and to deepen its scope of operations in international medical services, Mongolia’s General Hospital for State Special Servants has organized a delegation led by superintendent BATTUR LKHAGVAA to visit Tri-Service General Hospital (TSGH) on January 15th, 2019. During the course of Mongolian delegation’s TSGH visit, superintendents of both hospitals have inked memorandum of understanding (MOU) on mutual cooperation between both institutions. Based upon the letter and spirit of the singed MOU, both hospitals will kickstart mutually beneficial cooperative programs, to include clinical best practices and expertise sharing, healthcare professional exchange and training, as well as mutual assistance in international medical practices.

Major general Tsai, superintendent of Tri-Service General Hospital, stated that “As a leading center of medical excellence as well as the teaching hospital of National Defense Medical Center (NDMC), Tri-Service General Hospital has long dedicated itself to advancing the hospital’s medical technologies and clinical knowhow that parallel or even surpass its international peer institutions. Guided by TSGH’s vision of achieving “Medicine Without Borders” objective, the hospital has taken numerous cooperative initiatives, partnering with leading international medical institutions, in exchanging and sharing the latest medical technologies, experience, and healthcare professional education and training.
